Frequently Asked Questions
Tap the "Remove Ads" button on the home screen or game over screen. This is a one time purchase that permanently removes interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded video ads (the optional "Watch to Continue" feature) remain available since they benefit you directly.
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-verify your purchase with Apple. If that doesn't work, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with your approximate purchase date and we'll help resolve it.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the BlitzTap purchase, and select "Request a Refund."
First, make sure you're running the latest version of BlitzTap from the App Store. If the issue continues, try closing the app completely and reopening it. As a last resort, uninstalling and reinstalling will reset all local data (your high score will be lost). If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Yes! BlitzTap is fully playable without an internet connection. Ads will not display while offline, and purchases may not sync until you reconnect, but gameplay is unaffected.
Open the Settings screen from the home page (gear icon). You can independently toggle sound effects and haptic feedback on or off. BlitzTap also respects your device's silent switch.
Each correct tap earns 1 base point. Consecutive correct taps build a streak: 5 in a row gives 2x, 10 gives 3x, and 20 gives a legendary 5x multiplier. One wrong tap or timeout resets the streak. Your final score is the sum of all multiplied points.
BlitzTap does not collect your name, email, or any personal information. Game data (scores, settings) is stored only on your device. Our ad and purchase partners (Google AdMob and RevenueCat) collect limited anonymous data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Gameplay Tips
🎯 Focus on the target first
Before scanning the grid, lock your eyes on the target shape and color. Knowing exactly what you're looking for makes scanning the grid twice as fast.
🔥 Protect your streak
A wrong tap at a 15 streak is devastating. If you're not 100% sure, take an extra half second to confirm. The multiplier gains from a long streak far outweigh the risk of a timeout.
⚡ Watch for near-miss distractors
In Tiers 3 and 4, the grid is full of shapes that share EITHER the right color or the right shape, but not both. Train yourself to verify both attributes before tapping.
🏆 Use the Continue wisely
The rewarded video continue is most valuable when you're close to a tier boundary or deep into a streak. Don't waste it on a score of 5. Save it for when it really counts.
