By downloading, installing, or using SayBright, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SayBright is a mobile application that delivers daily affirmations, streak tracking, share cards, widgets, and related wellness features. The free tier includes a limited set of features. The premium tier, available via subscription, unlocks the full feature set.
Subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time. Apple's standard subscription terms apply alongside these terms.
All affirmation content, design assets, illustrations, and software in SayBright are the property of SayBright and are protected by copyright. You may share generated affirmation cards on social media for personal, non commercial use. You may not redistribute the app's content as your own product.
SayBright is intended for general wellness and motivation. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayBright is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for behavior that violates these terms or that risks harm to other users or the service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period beyond what Apple's policies allow.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page along with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
