By downloading or using CelebriDay, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of CelebriDay. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the app.

Use of the App

CelebriDay is provided for personal, non commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app or its content.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access controls.

CelebriDay Premium Subscription

CelebriDay offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features including ad removal, custom notification times, and the ability to save favorite holidays.

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices displayed in the app.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

For iOS users, this app incorporates the Apple Standard End User License Agreement by reference.

Holiday Content

The holidays and fun facts provided in CelebriDay are for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content. Holidays and dates may vary by region or year.

Advertising

Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's own terms and policies. CelebriDay Premium subscribers do not see ads.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CelebriDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error free or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of CelebriDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to CelebriDay at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
