CelebriDay is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

Information We Collect

CelebriDay is designed to collect as little data as possible.

• Notification preferences (on or off, notification time) are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. RevenueCat may collect a device identifier and purchase history to verify your subscription. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
• Ad interactions for free users are managed by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data to serve and measure ads. On iOS, you will be asked for permission before any personalized advertising identifier is used.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• No name, email address, or account creation is required.
• No location data is collected.
• No contacts or photos are accessed.
• No data is shared with third parties beyond the services listed below.

Third Party Services

• RevenueCat manages in app subscription purchases. Their privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com.
• Google AdMob serves advertisements to free users. Their privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Apple and Google process in app purchases through their respective app stores.

Data Storage

All user preferences (notification settings, favorites) are stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage. CelebriDay does not operate its own servers and does not store your data remotely.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14 and later, CelebriDay will ask for your permission before using your advertising identifier. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will not be personalized based on your activity. You can change this setting at any time in your device Settings under Privacy and Security.

Children's Privacy

CelebriDay does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
